what kind of toothpaste do u use? is it good? how much does it cost? how fast did it witen ur teeth? PLEASE ANSWER

I use crest pro health - $3-$4 found everywhere. my teeth got a lil whiter in about a week





crest white strips work very well too.

Reply:something called aquafresh that my cheap boyfriend bought at the dollar store. it works magically. if you want whiter teeth- try the crest stripes. they work really well!

Reply:i use tom%26#039;s natural toothpaste. it%26#039;s expensive for a toothpaste, but not bad. it whitens teeth ok, but nothing is going to whiten your teeth permanently as long as you do something like drink coffee or smoke (don%26#039;t know if you do). if you are looking for a toothpaste you really just have to try them out for yourself until you find one you like. if you are looking to whiten your teeth, the dentist can do it, or you can buy a teeth whitening kit.
Reply:I use whatever is on sale....to avoid stains don%26#039;t smoke and don%26#039;t drink red wine....dip your brush once a month in a box of baking soda and brush it does help whiten teeth

Reply:i use crest , its about a dolar at the rx store, and yeah it whitens ok depending on whatt type of toothpaste you get, like 12 hour or whittening, or sensitive teeth.

They get cases of the little tubes for free from the manufacturer and the cases have %26quot;Experation Dates%26quot;.





The toothpaste doesn%26#039;t go bad but the dentist needs to rotate the stock in his office...





So find out when the cases expire and when they need to get rid of the stuff and you might just walk out with a case of it!

The rest all gets donated to charity or even thrown in the trash depending on your dentist...

Reply:I%26#039;ve used Colgate, Crest, and a lot of other major brands, but I like Tom%26#039;s Natural Toothpaste the best. I don%26#039;t care for the whitening toothpastes, since they never work for me. I don%26#039;t really know what I paid for the last toothpaste I bought.

Reply:I use %26quot;whitening%26quot; toothpaste. Its kind of a store brand but its only $1.39 and I%26#039;ve found it to be more effective than all the other expensive stuff. It took about 4 to 5 days to make my teeth white. I wouldn%26#039;t change it for anything else.

take a piece of tin foil, soak it in milk for about 20 minutes and then wrap it around your teeth. Then turn your microwave on for about 30 minutes and stand 5-10 inches away from the from the front of it (make sure your eyes are closed).





it really works and makes your teeth whiter in about an hour!
Reply:i use colgate total. don%26#039;t buy into the %26#039;toothpaste whitening%26#039; thing; it doesn%26#039;t work. use the whitening strips... i used crest whitestrips classic almost two years ago and my teeth are still pretty fab (according to various comments from people).

Reply:Ive always used ultrabrite with a normal tooth brush and got good results.but recently i purchased a sonic tooth brush (not to expensive) . after 1 week my teeth are whiter than ever.


so use normal toothpaste and a sonic tooth brush it worked for me.
Reply:Sometimes Colgate, sometimes Crest... other times Aim. Once in a while I will use Pepsodent. They...taste great. Around $2-$3. I didn%26#039;t perform any controlled experiements, so I couldn%26#039;t tell you how well any of these are... just that my teeth are pretty dang white.
