after you brush, and use toothpaste, is it bad to rinse a lot afterward or does it matter? do u get what i am saying???
Toothpaste???
At least spit out the bulk of the paste. Rinsing is not essential, and for patients with high decay rates, I put them on a high fluoride paste (Colgate Neutrafluor 5000), which suggests spitting only. The remaining paste is allowed to dissipate over the next 30 mins, thus exposing the teeth to a prolonged and higher fluoride content.
It does no harm to your digestive tract.
Reply:I don%26#039;t know, but I wouldn%26#039;t think it would matter or it would say on the tube not to drink anything for a certain length of time after you brush.
Reply:No, it is okay to rinse. In fact you should. The rinsing helps you to spit out any plaque.
Reply:No. But it is not bad. If you rinse again you will find more junk is still coming out from between your teeth when you spit.
Reply:Yes i get what you%26#039;re saying.
I don%26#039;t think it%26#039;s bad. I do rinse after brushing because i don%26#039;t like swallowing the leftover toothpaste. and i have perfectly healthy teeth!
so if you want to, go ahead and rinse.
Reply:Flouride is terrible for the stomach and you should avoid swallowing any after brushing. Rinse your mouth of it.
Reply:No, you are suppose to rinse it because the tooth paste affects your stomach and it could get bad so its good to rinse well after a great toothbrusshing!
Reply:No rinse as much as you feel like!
Reply:Rinse all you want, but don%26#039;t eat for a while.
Reply:It doesn%26#039;t matter,somebody I know is a dentist
Reply:It doesn%26#039;t matter. You%26#039;re just using the toothpaste to help brush the plaque off your teeth. You don%26#039;t need to keep it on there any longer, so you can wash it off as much as you like.
Reply:i dunno wat ur saying
