Is it a good idea to put toothpaste on zits or pimples?

I dont know why but toothpaste works. it dries the pimple and brings it too a head. I use it.
Reply:the chemicals in toothpasate are very drying so that the irritants in you pimples or zits will be drawn out of your skin when it dries
Reply:I used toothpaste in the 70%26#039;s and it worked great. I told my daughter about it and she tried it in the late 90%26#039;s. Big mistake. The new toothpastes have whitening and other new ingredients in it that cause bruise like marks around the acne.
Reply:I have heard that toothpaste does not work. What does work is proactiv refining mask. You can spot treat pimples.
