Toothpaste?

ok, this is gonna sound kinda weird, and probably really gross.

I haven%26#039;t used toothpaste in years. but I haven%26#039;t had a single cavity my entire life, and my teeth are white (not chemical-white, just natural-white). my breath is fine, and I brush after breakfast and after dinner, with mouthwash afterwards.

so do I just have really good teeth? or does this happen to other people too?

Toothpaste?
you%26#039;re diet can also affect your healthy teeth. If you eat a lot of thing like carrots your teeth will be cleaner than those who don%26#039;t. Also, not eating sugary foods/drinks helps keep teeth healthy.

Flossing is a important too. I%26#039;d be weary of using mouthwash everyday. I was told by my hygienist that because the mouthwash kills 99.99% of germs it kills most of the good germs as well. However if it has worked for you...I wouldn%26#039;t change unless you%26#039;re dentist tells you to.
Reply:Toothpaste doesn%26#039;t really do anything except freshen your breath. The toothbrush alone is effective enough to remove plaque and other food particles on the surfaces and even inbetween teeth. As long as you brush and floss and use mouthwash you%26#039;ll be alright. So your good, it%26#039;s not abnormal that your teeth are still in good health.
Reply:I don%26#039;t have any experience with this, but good for you!! I%26#039;m pretty sure my teeth wouldn%26#039;t hold up without SOME toothpaste. :)
