Toothpaste & Toothbrush to use when you have braces?

What is a good totohpaste %26amp; toothbrush to use when you have braces in your mouth please let me know what are good brands of toothpaste and toothbrush

I%26#039;m a dental hygienist and there are several things that I recommend to all my patients with braces.


1. an electric toothbrush--Sonicare, Oral-B, Rotadent


2. prescription fluoride toothpaste for bedtime use-Omnii products taste the best....sold at dental offices only. Prevident and Prodentec are other brands.


3. FLOSS--don%26#039;t forget the floss. It%26#039;s crucial to healthy gums. You%26#039;ll have to use floss threaders to get under the wires. The dentist/hygienist should have explained how this process works. If not, ask them at your next visit when you get your ortho adjustment.

I highly recommend it. I don%26#039;t know what other oral problems you%26#039;re having but I%26#039;m sure your %26quot;totohpaste%26quot; is the culprit.
