i have 1 zit on my face somebody said use a flouride toothpaste and not a gel one. the one i am using is a flouride toothpaste. what is a gel toothpaste? the one im using looks like gel but im not sure ??

There is Fluoride in gel toothpastes also.
I think the person meant the white base toothpaste. I have read you can clean CD%26#039;s with the white toothpaste also. Wiping around with the groves.
