Does toothpaste really work for pimples if so, how do i apply it?

ive heard that if u put toothpaste on ur pimples it will make ur pimples go away. is that true? ive tryed it once before and it worked ok but those wreent severe pimples. will it work on them too? but my main question is how do u apply toothpaste to ur pimple? rub it in? dot it on? wash ur face after applying? wat do i do?thankyou so much fr ur help.

toothpaste dries out your pimples and all you do is plase a pea-sized portion on your blemish before you go to bed and in the morning you wash it off. sometimes it works sometimes it doesn%26#039;t
Reply:dont because about a year ago i put some toothpaste on a zit overnight and it left a huge scar on my forehead (about the size of a penny) the scar is still there and i had to get my bangs cut so it covers the scar
Reply:yes, it does work, but be careful. Apply the toothpaste at night and put neosporin on it during the day - If you don%26#039;t apply the neosporin you will have red dry skin.


Don%26#039;t rub in the toothpaste just pat it on and don%26#039;t touch it again until the morning when you wash your face.


It also has to be a paste not a gel and only use the amount that fits on your finger.
Reply:you will tear your skin up and it will leave a scar. it is too abrasive for your face.
Reply:yes, it works but your skin can also react badly with it causing more pimples which would suck even more





but if ur going to do it just put a dab and rub it in
Reply:Not all toothpastes work on this only some for example Himalaya,Colgate,etc and u need to apply it only on the area where the pimple has occurred.Apply at night and rinse away next morning
