Reply:I asked the same question my dentist. He told me that generally gel forms are better than paste. Its alot milder on your teeth and will not cause sensitivity. I used Colgate Whitening for 2-3 years. Now I switched to Crest Vivid White Gel and I love it. My girlfriend used this paste for a long time and she swears by it. Her teeth are realllly white. I never tried Rembrandt brand so I can%26#039;t say anything about that.
