Toothpaste problem?

I use Original Colgate. It burns really bad and doesn%26#039;t do much for the whiteness and brightness of my teeth. Toothpaste reccomendations? Inexpensive whitening reccomendations? Thanks!

Toothpaste problem?
Try switching to the Colgate Total with Whitening. It is on sale pretty often at the grocery store and there are usually coupons available so that it will only cost around $2 at the most. Try using the gel form instead of the paste to see if it%26#039;s less astringent (it will burn less). Also consider using one of the toothpastes designed for sensitive teeth -- some of them are now formulated to include whitening agents. Finally, you can follow brushing with one of the new whitening rinses. If you are experiencing unusual burning, you might want to go to your dentist to rule out the possibility that you have any other issues with your gums that could be addressed by him/her.
Reply:theres colegate whitening...that helps me....macleans remineralise...that really did work wonders for me!!!
Reply:In my experience, very few toothpastes actually whiten your teeth, though many claim to.

I use White Strips to whiten my teeth, they work pretty well for the price.
Reply:Try Crest cooling mint. Its nice! Or Mentadent!
Reply:When you go to buy toothpaste look for an ADA symbol on the box. That means that the toothpaste is recognized by the American Dental Association....this means the toothpaste does what it says it does. Try crest toothpaste...it works great for me. I don%26#039;t bleach my teeth but Crest White Strips work great for the girls at work. They are pretty inexpensive. Good luck!
