Bumps and toothpaste?

All of a sudden I have gotten a lot of little bumps especially since last night. I never used to get a lot of bumps but now I have like a bunch of little ones. When u look at me from a distance as if we were talking u mite see small red spots but up close is a whole different story. My friend told me to put toothpaste on the bumps for 10 minutes and they will go down. But should i wash or wet my face first or leave it dry then put the toothpaste on and rinse it off. I heard u should wash it then I heard u shouldnt wash it before you put it on. Can someone please help? What caused my skin to break out over nite I havent changed anything?

Bumps and toothpaste?
Skin can break out very easily, exspecialy if it%26#039;s sensitive. Just some little changes in your day can keep it clear.

1.For a start try putting new sheets(and pillowcases) on your bed.

2.Washing your face every night and day helps and yes, toothpaste can work too (You should wash your face before you put the toothpaste on).

3.Also consider the fact that your face might be dry, which can also cause break outs.

To find out if your face is dry or oily wash your face at night then when you wake up the next morning rub your face with tissue paper and you%26#039;ll know.
Reply:Will something that is on your sheets when you sleep can cause an infection. For instance if you washed it with a different product you could break out. Also, would get a docter to look at them because you might be sick. I beleive you should clean your face before you do it because if you do it dry then the toothpaste will become sticky and it wont be able to come off as easily.
