Dreaming of toothpaste?

lot of times I wake up remembering the same dream it is about me brushing my teeth with toothpaste..I mean not smooth toothpaste but kind of cloggy or something .. is stuck in my teeth. I spit it out and it can%26#039;t all get out so I spit more and have a dirty feeling in my mouth and stomach?
