Question about toothpaste focused on whitening?

Is it possible that using a toothpaste focused on whitening rather than a toothpaste focused on tartar control or the other healthier sounding ones could actually fool your dentist into thinking your teeth are more healthy than they actually are?

Question about toothpaste focused on whitening?
no, not at all. color has nothing to do with tooth decay or the condition of ur teeth for the most part. and i wouldnt exactly want to be disguising any dental problems from a dentist, i would want to make it as obvious as possible so it can be diagnosed! and as long as the toothpaste you are using has flouride, thats all that will matter in keeping your teeth healthy. so all these healthier sounding toothpastes doesnt really make an impact when it comes down to the health condition of your mouth and teeth.

so no...dentists are trained to detect health problems in the oral cavity through several different methods.
