Shallowing toothpaste?

Every time after I brush my teeth, I can%26#039;t get all the toothpaste out of my mouth and end up having to spit it out after word, but also I shallowing it. Can some one tell me the ehath threats that toothpaste can cause humans.

Shallowing toothpaste?
Don%26#039;t worry as long as you don%26#039;t swallow the amount you use for brushing your teeth daily.. then you%26#039;re fine. Well all can%26#039;t get all of it out of our mouths!
Reply:Hmmm...it causes humans? Anyway, there is no harm in swallowing the minimal amount you describe. If a toddler were to get a toxic dose of fluoride, he would have to eat 12 tubes of the stuff.
Reply:While the potential health risks depend on what is in your toothpaste, for the most part toothpaste distributed in the US goes through testing with the Food and Drug Administration and is safe to swallow.

You may be having a hard time swallowing your toothpaste because of additional foaming agents the manufacturer puts in. This is particularly troublesome with sonic or mechanical tooth-brushes, which can create a lot more foam than typical hand brushing. I would recommend you check out a toothpaste without foaming additives (like TheraBreath - an excellent best selling brand) to see if it works better for you.
