Swallowing toothpaste and pain afterwards ?

I remember when i was little i went to the dentist and they said to me that my throat looked a little inflamed from swallowing toothpaste, although i never felt any pain then.

For the last couple of years every time i brush my teeth , shortly afterwards i get pains in the left side of my chest . But it goes away after about 15 mins , after i drink a lot of water .

I use to use mouthwash but i had to stop because after i spat out the mouthwash , about 5 mins later i use to get really bad painful urinary tract infections , and they lasted for about 8 months ( was taking antibiotics for most of the 8 months ) until i stopped using mouthwash. The mouthwash also hurts my chest. since the day i stopped using mouthwash, haven%26#039;t had a single UTI once.

When i say i%26#039;m swallowing toothpaste and mouthwash, i don%26#039;t mean pouring it into my mouth and eating it / drinking it lol. I spit out ALL the toothpaste, and did the same with the mouthwash, and rinse twice with water.

Swallowing toothpaste and pain afterwards ?
Definitely try a natural toothpaste (Tom%26#039;s or something). Avoid toothpastes that have %26quot;tartar control%26quot; They are the biggest allergen. I don%26#039;t get the UTI connection, but 8 months of antibiotics could have also led to yeast infection in the mouth, which makes the tissues sore and red.
