But odds are if you are visiting a dermatologist they are going to tell you to ditch the idea about using toothpaste. But if you wanna try it out, go for it.





In high school my friend and I tried it. It worked well for her but not so well for me. Like you had mentioned, it burned my skin. As for her, it worked well, but she had a darker complexion so it could by chance be that you couldn%26#039;t see any burn marks.





However, acne solution shouldn%26#039;t be coming from a tube of toothpaste. I highly recommend anyone to consult with a dermatologist. In high school I had very few pimples. But I know I would spaz when I would get one, cause it would always be in the most noticeable place (such as my nose or chin). Once I developed a new pimple, I knew it was because I wasn%26#039;t keeping my skin clean enough.

Reply:I agree with Black Widow, i pop a zit, put a dab of toothpaste on it at bedtime, and guess what...all dry in the morning! **Always, use a white non-gel toothpaste (like crest) on the zits, maybe the brand has an affect.
