ToothPaste Question Info Plz???

I heard that some of the ToothPaste that was made from China and around those area had Pestisides in it. It was on the news.


I live in Oklahoma. Did anyone else here this? I checked my ToothPaste and they are made in the USA. Plz share any info you might have on this situation. Thanks

yes. I heard about this. It was mostly toothpaste that you find at dollar stores, ie CHEAP toothpaste.





You can go to http://www.recalls.gov/ any time you hear about recalls or things like the dog food poisonings and check out the specific brands or what have you.

Reply:I believe the big one lately was conterfeit colgate. It was made in South Africa, according to its labeling. Basically, just watch labels and be careful not to buy that kind of thing in a dollar store, spring for a better toothpaste for your own health and safety





Keep this mentality for all your personal products too. I went through and did a house sweep and threw away everything made in China as even shampoos, skin creams and makeup are going to soak into your bloodstream via the skin. Be careful these days. Ban Chinese products in your home and all should be well. I realize it is a bit more expensive to do this but it will in the long run be cheaper than paying the medical bills for what that Chinese sh*t will do to you

Reply:I heard this too something about algie or bacteria in the tooth paste I have arm and hammer tooth paste and it doesn%26#039;t even say where it was made


but I figure if it was a big deal They would have the brands all across the news


also I think i heard something about them already having stopped the shipment of this bad toothpaste

The state of Georgia has pulled more than 860,000 tubes of Chinese-made toothpaste containing potentially lethal chemicals from prisons holding adult and youth inmates, and hospitals housing the mentally ill and developmentally disabled.





None of the three state agencies using the 1.5 ounce tubes of the %26quot;Springfresh%26quot; brand containing diethylene glycol — a poisonous chemical used in antifreeze and as a solvent — are reporting illnesses resulting from its use. State purchasing officials said Friday it has been contracting with the Washington state supplier since 2002, but were unsure how long the Chinese toothpaste has been bought or used.
