Which Toothpaste?

Which toothpaste can REALLY whiten your teeth? because i%26#039;m currently using Crest Extra Whitening toothpaste and it doesnt seem to work. And i do brush my teeth about 5-6 times everyday because i have braces and i have to brush after i eat. So which toothpaste work the best on teeth-whitening?

I like colgate whitening it really brightens my teeth, I also use rembrandt extreme stain, because I drink a lot of coffee, also Arm and Hammer makes a good whitening paste too.





and it helps, after you get your braces removed get the crest white strips, they really work, also use the crest whitening rinse, listerine also makes one that works quite well, I think it works even better than the crest one.

I would like to say that maybe you should just concentrate on keeping your teeth clean, using a fluoride toothpaste, flossing or using a proxybrush or anything else that will keep your teeth and gums healthy while you are in braces. When the braces come off then you can do like crest whitestrips or a tray that your dentist makes in his/her office.
Reply:it takes 5 weeks to 5 months to whiten teeth.
Reply:My dentist said not to use whitening paste because the stuff in it that whitens is actually eroding the enamel off your teeth.


I use Aquafresh because I don%26#039;t like the strong minty taste that a lot of them have now.





So if you have braces why worry about whitening when people can%26#039;t see half of your teeth anyway.
