I read on Aol.com that if you use a toothpaste made from or imported from china, you should dispose of it. Anyone know where to get a list of toothpastes being recalled? I use close-up, it%26#039;s company is in NJ, but tha dont mean it was not creeated else where. Thanx in advance
Toothpaste recall????
go to http://www.fda.gov/bbs/topics/NEWS/2007/...
the brand names I never heard of before.. not even sure
if any of those brands are actually sold in the US but people might be bringing it in from other countries.
China is actually setting up a their own recall bureau because the world is losing confidence in exports from China after the dog food scare and now this toothpaste one.

Reply:Mr. Cool toothpaste is the product name. China on Wednesday, May 23, said it was investigating reports that the toothpaste containing a potentially deadly chemical had been exported to Central America, the latest in a series of scandals involving tainted Chinese products. China is preparing to put in place its first recall system targeting unsafe food products, state media said Tuesday, May 29, 2007, amid growing international alarm over the quality of Chinese exports.
Reply:Thanks, emmalue. :-)
