Using toothpaste for pimples is causing brown spots?

About 3 days ago I decided to use toothpaste to dry up my pimples. I have just about a handful of them around my forehead area. It definitely worked as my pimples dried up and became less red, but when I washed my face earlier today I notice that the area that has the most toothpaste on it at night is like the color brown. There are about 2 brown patches (nothing peeling) on my forehead. Is this normal for using toothpaste and what should I do about it?

Reply:LOL!

Please don%26#039;t use toothpaste on you pimples. Use an astringent. Witchazel has been and still is around, and is in the most expensive pimple removing products today. Buy a 99 cent bottle of witchazel and use it with cotton ball and quit using toothpaste on your pimples. LOL

cute
Reply:its good for some people. but for people with sensitive skin it is not!
