Toothpaste and the brush..?? what is the best way to do it?

had a conversation with my daughter about brushing teeth..when i was a boy, i was taught to wet the brush(or clean it) apply the toothpaste..then again wet the brush and toothpaste..!!! my daughter was mistified with this..as she has been taught just to do it all dry(she doesnt live with me..!!)....


what would you say is the best way to apply and brush..??

I hate doing it dry because I feel that you have no moisture in your mouth and the toothpaste is too sticky. I%26#039;m asian american so I was taught to rinse your mouuth with water, wet the toothbrush, apply toothpaste and brush.
Reply:Watever way its done, wat matters is tat ur daughter is able handle her brush n brush her teeth well. so it would b gud if u can teach her how to brush thn to go abt wondering which way shuld it b wif the brush n toothpaste. n make sure shez brushin atleast twice a day, most importantly at nite b4 she goes to bed. cos at nite time, the salivary flow is less n there is no cleanin action by the cheeks or tongue. goin to bed without brushin can cos tooth decay as the food particles remain in the mouth n the bacteria tat cause tooth decay would thrive on it. so make sure she brush clean b4 she goes to bed everyday.
