What toothpaste would you reccomend for fairly yellow teeth?

My daughter had a problem with eating candy.... now she has %26quot;fairly%26quot; yellow teeth. We went to the dentist and he prescribed a very disgusting toothpaste... any good whitening toothpastes for children? She has used the whitening toothpastes on tv... but they really dont work on her... Any comments/answers? :(

What toothpaste would you reccomend for fairly yellow teeth?
try whiting strips they work really good
Reply:Try Crest premium Strips. They work! $40.
Reply:Get some whitening strips, Crest Whitening toothpaste, and Listerine Whitening Mouthwash.
Reply:OMG!!!! Try Close Up. If that doesn%26#039;t do the trick, then try something new. The red classic gel. It%26#039;s awesome!!!
Reply:Try Colgate or Crest, but make sure she brushes her teeth more than one time a day. You can buy her some dental floss to help out more.
Reply:hey i%26#039;m a huge coffee drinker and i have also tried those stupid teeth whiteners that don%26#039;t work...to my amazement, my teeth remain white considering all the coffee and all i use is the CREST whitening toothpaste (white paste) that costs a mere $2.99!!!
Reply:Whitening damages the structure of teeth over time, and the benefit is usually temporary. Unless the problem is extremely severe, or the girl is extremely vain, I%26#039;d advise learning to live with it.

If you MUST whiten, try the commercial whitening strips. Unlike the toothpastes, they actually work.
Reply:try the light that the dentist has
Reply:use ultrabrite, it works fairly well on stains and doesn%26#039;t taste or feel bad. it comes in a blue bottle (to help you narrow the search in the supermarket)
Reply:Try Arm %26amp; Hammer whitening baking soda flavor. Toothpastes really don%26#039;t work that well for whitening. Your best bet is bleaching. Crest Whitestrips work really well for me, but if your daughter is young it probably isn%26#039;t recommended. You can also try whitening chewing gum, which could help too. I think it all really depends on your daughter%26#039;s age on which products you should try.
Reply:Crest pro health i think it has whitening in it and it is very good for you and they have tasty mint or cinnamon flavors. Also, you can try colgate baking soda and hydrogen peroxide whitening toothpaste in mint. It has gentle whitening agents. They also have whitening pre-brush agents that you can use. But too much whitening is not good for the teeth. Only use like bleaches once in a while . But dont have your daughter eat too much candy that%26#039;s how they get cavities. Hope this helps. Just look around in a drugstore like CVS or Duane Reade they should have several different types of things.

Good Luck.
Reply:I was allergic to milk as a baby and my teeth yellowed.

People said to me when I was younger, %26quot;do you not brush your teeth?%26quot; but I lived with it.

It was ok though, they didn%26#039;t bully or anything, just childhood curiosity.

I%26#039;m getting a professional whitening treatment in the Summer though.
Reply:Depending on the age of your child you could use the Crest Whitening strip and / or Crest Vivid White tooth paste. Both work great alone and wonderfully together. I also recommend using an electric tooth brush, this will naturally whiten your teeth.
